Why don’t I need a password to log in?
Passwords can be stolen or forgotten; frankly, they are often unnecessary. Since email accounts are typically well-secured, we simply send a one-time verification code to your address. This means you don’t need a password manager or have to remember complex passwords. Our goal is to provide you with the best and most seamless user experience possible – without compromising on security.

Pricing depends on how you choose to use Ventaplaza. We offer options tailored to your needs:

Free Access: Signing up is completely free. You can immediately see if properties have been reported in your search area. We will show you the approximate location and the key details of each object.

Search Alerts: If no properties are currently listed in your region, you can set up a free search request. We will notify you via email as soon as new listings are reported.

Detailed Information (Subscription): To access full details, a subscription is required. You can find a detailed overview of our plans here:

Total Flexibility: Don’t worry, our subscription can be canceled at any time. You can sign up and cancel immediately after if you wish. You will continue to have full access until the end of your billing period.

How “Report Property” Works?
All you need is your smartphone. If you spot a property or a plot of land with a “For Sale” or “For Rent” sign, reporting it is easy:

Select & Log In: Open the app and tap on “Report Property”. On your first use, you’ll be asked to provide your details so we can process your referral rewards.

Confirm Location: The app automatically detects your position. If the pin on the map isn’t exactly on the plot, simply drag it to the correct location.

Capture with AI Support:

Step 1: Take a photo of the “For Sale” sign. Our AI will automatically extract the contact information.

Step 2: Take additional photos or videos of the property.

Important: Stay on public ground! Do not enter private property. If no sign is visible but the property is for sale, take a photo of the land itself as the first step.

Review & Submit: The property details will be pre-filled by our AI. Check the information, complete any mandatory fields, and hit submit.
What’s next? VentaPlaza verifies the details with the seller. Once the listing is live, you are eligible for your referral fee.
Why am I only able to take live photos instead of uploading images from my gallery?
That is correct. At Ventaplaza, we prioritize providing the most accurate information possible. For this reason, we only accept property reports if the location has been verified and the photos were taken directly on-site. This ensures that no AI-manipulated or outdated images are used.
How can I earn money with the Ventaplaza Sale Sign, and how much can I make?
You receive a profit share based on the platform’s monthly revenue. Your earnings are calculated in points, which you can earn in two ways:

Referral Program: Share your referral link on social media. For every paying customer referred through your link, you receive 1 point per month.

Property Reporting: Report land or properties. If the property is not yet listed and your information is comprehensive, our admin team will approve the listing. You will then earn 1 point for every month the listing remains online.
How it’s Calculated: On the first of each month, we evaluate the total earnings. A percentage of the revenue from “Land Seekers” is divided by the total number of active points across the platform.
Simple Example: Imagine there are 10 active property listings (points) in total, and you contributed 2 of them. After deducting all expenses (advertising, operating costs, licenses, etc.), the platform has 20 USD available for distribution.

20 USD / 10 points = 2 USD per point.

Your earnings: 2 points × 2 USD = 4 USD for that month.
As long as your reported properties remain active in the pool, you will continue to receive points every month. In short: The more you report, the more you earn!
How do I receive my payout?
Once your balance reaches a minimum of 50 USD, you will receive an automated email notification from Ventaplaza. Depending on your country of residence, various payout options are available, such as:
